i appreciated the spacious apartment and the courtyard view from the balcony. the breakfast included champagne (i loved it). the swimming pool and spa area had a jacuzzi and sauna. the hotel staff left a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a kind message since it was my birthday.

The hotel's location was great for exploring on foot. I easily walked to many sights. I particularly enjoyed the retro-style interior of the Supreme King Suite. The suite was clean. I also found the spa relaxing after a busy day. The front desk staff were cute. They spoke English well.
The gym was not up to standard. Some cardio machines were out of order. Water was unavailable during one of my visits.

The indoor pool had a hot tub and sauna. I found it very relaxing (the sauna was wonderful). The location allowed us to walk to many places, including restaurants near by. The Supreme King Suite featured a charming retro-style interior. I found every facility clean, convenient, and thoughtfully designed.
The noise was frequent, day and night, due to thin walls. I heard people talking in the room next door.

The front desk staff were polite and cute at both check-in and check-out. They greeted me with warm smiles and spoke proper English. The service at Chess Restaurant was equally excellent with prompt attention to my order.

Breakfast included a wide variety of food. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available every morning. I appreciated the welcome soft drink voucher offered upon arrival.
The gym had limited space though it had essential equipment.
