The service was superb, i felt welcomed from the start. every staff member was attentive and made sure all needs were met. the location was perfect for accessing key attractions. I walked everywhere. the rooms have an amazing musical concept. I enjoyed the themed decor and felt special.

The hotel interior has a very unique design. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, I was thankful. Breakfast offered a great variety of tasty foods to start the day, so I was very happy.
The spa isn't great for the price of the hotel. One day the sauna and hammam didn't work. The next day the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service, this was bad.

i got upgraded and the room was so excellent the location is unbeatable it is close to everything i loved the rooftop bar with great views we will be back for sure the doorman was so friendly and gave us great recommendations we felt very welcome there was wine and cheese in the afternoons it made the afternoons so enjoyable
the pre-charge on my account took a little longer than expected to clear i didn't like this wait very much

I found the staff very attentive. the complimentary wine and cheese each afternoon felt very special. the location near st stephen's basilica was ideal for exploring. It was quiet because authorized vehicles could only access the street.

the hotel's location is excellent near st stephen's basilica. access is limited to authorized vehicles only. the breakfast service was very attentive with excellent staff. there was also complimentary wine and cheese daily between 4-6 pm. it was like an extra touch!
the wi-fi was slow at times.

i found a couple of issues . firstly, the promised city view from my terrace king room was partially obstructed by scaffolding (it was under maintenance). secondly, the air conditioning in the room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, leading to some discomfort at night. the temperature fluctuated too much, inconsistent room temperature
