nespresso machine orange juice white company toiletries
I enjoyed having a nespresso machine in the room. It made getting ready easier. breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice, which i found quite refreshing. the white company toiletries were a nice touch. I liked the scent. the room was lovely though the bathroom was tiny!
the minibar was empty, a little inconvenient.

excellent stay
great size coffee machine wood floor
the reception welcome was lovely as was the doorman. my room was a great size. white company products were in the bathroom and also a coffee machine and water. i liked that the room had a wood floor, it feels clean and contemporary.
i wish the hotel would use filtered water in refillable glass bottles, instead of sealed plastic ones. this would be better for the environment. i hope they consider this for future improvements.

The hotel is near the albert hall. It allows easy access. hyde park is also within walking distance. this proximity provides a lovely escape from the city.

Excellent Stay Near Albert Hall
convenient location clean towels spacious bathroom
The location is very convenient near Kensington Gardens. The Albert Hall is only a few minutes walk away. The Natural History Museum is also approximately 10 minutes away. The free slippers in my room were welcome after long days exploring. The bathroom was spacious with a walk-in rainfall shower. I found lots of clean towels.
The lift was very small. It felt cramped with both luggage and the porter. The experience set a slightly negative tone.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a good-sized pool area with approximately twenty loungers available to guests. A section of the pool area has been thoughtfully shaded.

The location is superb. It is a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. The bed was very comfortable, assuring a good night's sleep. I found the bathroom clean and modern.
The room I stayed in felt quite small, especially with luggage.
