the location suited my needs. access to transportation was acceptable.
the room i occupied was smaller than expected. the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear and the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. furthermore, i noted a musty odor emanating from the carpets.

The location is quite convenient near many transportation options. The staff were helpful.
My room was quite small. The shower was especially narrow. I had to enter it sideways (a very unpleasant experience). The shower head looked like a DIY project. It was not properly labeled, and it took a very long time for hot water to appear.

The staff took very good care of me. Joshua, the manager, was very accommodating, he made sure I had my usual room! The location offers quick access to the tube station. I highly recommend this hotel due to the perfect staff and their wonderful service.
The room was small originally. I was moved to a slightly larger room though the shower faucets remained difficult to adjust.

The reception area is beautiful and modern, offering a fabulous greeting on arrival. Shared spaces provide an elegant atmosphere and there is a lounge with complimentary coffee and drinks. The hotel also features a restaurant with tasty cuisine.

The hotel is central. It is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the metro. Many places of interest are nearby, the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The staff was helpful when I needed information.
The lighting in the bedroom was very poor , especially by the bed. The room was also quite small for a double. I did not like the position of the wardrobe by the bed . I also had to ask for a kettle , it was not with the tea tray and cups.
