Fantastic city stay

calming atmospheregreat servicecomfortable roomquality amenities
This hotel has a very calming atmosphere throughout. The service was great, especially from the bar staff, who politely prepared cocktails. The rooms were comfortable as always, with quality amenities. I will HAPPILY return when visiting again.
The bathroom felt quite dark. I missed more natural light.

adequate stay overall

helpful receptionistearly check-inspacious showerfunctional arrivalmissed breakfastdisappointing service
i mentioned my stressful journey to the receptionist. she was sympathetic and stored my luggage. she advised me to get a drink, promising to prioritize my room for early check-in. i enjoyed a red wine and ham baguette in the courtyard. my room had a huge bed, roll-top bath, and spacious shower.
my arrival experience was just functional. i was asked if i had stayed before but no restaurant opening times were explained. i consequently missed breakfast because of this. the room was good but the bar and restaurant service was disappointing this time
