excellent servicehelpful staff
The housekeeping service was excellent. It was very prompt and helpful. i had left my bag with a mobile phone in the room. I called the hotel reception after reaching the airport. the staff quickly informed the housekeeping staff. The room attendant mr devendra was waiting with my bag when i returned.
The ratio of the cost of my stay to what i got felt off. The rooms was like a holiday inn.

the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options. the staff were friendly and efficient at all times. the location is very close to the airport and the airport pick-up and drop-off service is convenient.
the hotel double-charged me and still has not paid me back. their payment systems do not work well. the management does not take responsibility for the lack of systems and processes.

an okay stay

the location was convenient for my early morning flight. the room was clean and well-kept, i found it to be spacious. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety (especially the south indian dishes).
check-in was slow, i had to wait about 20 minutes. the gym equipment looked dated. the pool area had limited seating and was very crowded .
