AMAZING Taj Mahal Experience!
superb architecture well trained staff clean rooms
This hotel is magnificent! The architecture is superb. The staff were well trained. They ensured we experienced home outside our home . Rooms were clean. The rooms had very good value, especially facing the Taj Mahal.
The restaurant food needs improvement. The cuisine can improve in quality. The price of the stay is high! I won't visit again anytime soon.

The hotel's proximity to the Taj Mahal is EXCELLENT. It gives easy access to this iconic monument! The hotel offers convenient transportation options to reach the Taj Mahal entrance quickly. The grounds at this hotel are amazing and immaculately kept.

The food was delicious. I never worried about safety here. I had no worries about uncooked vegetables or fruit. Mayank checked in with us with F&B, and everything tasted magnificent. As a nervous traveler abroad, this gave me peace of mind!

the hotel provided a seamless taj mahal visit. a private golf cart offered convenient transport. i appreciated the warm welcome and perfect service. the grounds were well maintained.
the pre-arrival concierge support was disappointing. email responses took several days. partial answers to my requests were common. obtaining a direct contact number proved difficult.

Really good Service, Amazing Views!
heated pool golf cart
I REALLY loved the heated pool. It was perfect for a relaxing swim. the staff provided prompt transfers to the Taj Mahal in golf carts. what a service!
there was NO cultural dance well planned and executed. the timing planned for the activity seemed MORE like a formality. the cultural dance should have been around 615 during the summers!

My room included elegant bathrooms with many amenities. The dining areas equaled the rest of the hotel! I found hard work was put in to over achieve.

The room size was generous. It had many useful amenities. The bathroom included two separate sinks. The shower was spacious and very clean. I appreciated it. The location is perfect. You can easily see the Taj Mahal from the hotel grounds.
The cultural dance wasn't executed well though the staff was very friendly.

Really good stay with a Taj view!
helpful staff short ride fantastic service
This hotel is out of this world, i tell you. I found the staff VERY helpful. The hotel is a short golf cart ride to the Taj Mahal, I loved it. Local shopping near the Taj Mahal was GREAT. The pool and the poolside service were fantastic, seriously.
The rooms were clean, but the restaurants were noisy at times.

The hotel offered convenient golf cart transport almost directly to the Taj Mahal entrance, which i consider an excellent service. The availability of this transportation made visiting the Taj Mahal VERY easy. This service greatly enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel restaurants provided excellent service, i must SAY. Dietary restrictions were accommodated with keen attention. These dishes were transformed to sublime delicacies, which I found excellent. The service was generally very attentive.

soggy burger bun chaotic service
the room size was acceptable it had elegant bathrooms.
i found the service at the restaurant chaotic the food quality was subpar for the hotel's reputation the burger bun was soggy the fries were barely warm i expected better quality food for the price point.
