The staff was friendly! Rajesh Kumar ensured all my needs were met. The food was AMAZING!!! It was excellent throughout all meals. Of course, the architecture.
My room had no view. The windows were closed. I also found the room to be humid and smelly. A noisy dehumidifier was running all the time.

i am impressed with the perfect service. the staff were great too ensure every need was met, showcasing genuine warmth. the cultural program in the evening was awesome!!! the performers displayed such talent. the food quality was really good too, with a diverse menu.
the only slight issue i encountered was that uber doesn't come directly to the hotel, so a local taxi was necessary.

the hotel offers scenic seating areas with fabulous views. the surroundings are very peaceful and provide a relaxing atmosphere. the multiple levels of the hotel allow for fine views of the landscape. it is a unique setting.

the staff was very attentive and provided personalized service. mr anand kumar was an excellent butler and served us very well. the employees are friendly and very helpful with directions. the front desk staff is polite.

our heritage splendour room featured spa and laundry service credits. we also had complimentary evening tea. a guided fort tour and complimentary yoga sessions were included. chargeable vintage car and camel rides were available too.

the buffet offered a variety of dishes, including indian and international options. the breakfast was delicious with many choices. the staff was attentive to making special non-spicy dishes as well. the variety in the spread was excellent.

the staff was very friendly. rajesh kumar ji ensured our expectations were met. food was excellent throughout all meals. the fort is one of the most beautiful stays you can experience.
it was a closed room with closed windows and no balcony. the room was not clean, there were hairs of previous residents in corners. the room was humid and smelly and had a noisy dehumidifier running all the time.
