upgraded room classic charm
the welcome was gracious and i received an upgraded room (a very nice touch). the lobby is well appointed and the rooms have a classic charm. i especially liked how detail-oriented the staff was, always smiling and going above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable.
the electric lights operation system in my room was tricky, requiring me to walk around to switch off all the lamps before bed.

charming experience
attentive staff warm welcome excellent service wonderful holiday
The staff were helpful. Their attentiveness. we received a warm welcome at the airport and were greeted by name upon arrival. the excellent service continued throughout our visit and made our holiday wonderful! the cuisine was scrumptious.
The air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant felt too cold. The temperature was not comfortable during my meal though the food quality was high.

gym trainer proper form great guidance small room overcrowded furniture little space
the gym trainer, divyansh, was very helpful. he taught me the proper form for my exercises. his guidance really helped me get stronger. i appreciate his patience and dedication, as a result.
The room was small compared to other hotel rooms. it felt overcrowded because of all the furniture. there was not enough space to move around. It was a bit of a squeeze.
