I appreciated the comfortable rooms, they were very clean. tasty food was available and it was easy to find something i liked. the decorations in the reception were beautiful. The florist at the entrance was a nice touch, too.
i found that some hotel staff were unhelpful, such as the person at breakfast. this staff member denied me breakfast for wearing room slippers. surprisingly, i was only made aware of it once i arrived at the restaurant.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, so using equipment needed some patience.

underwhelming stay disappoints
slow drainempty minibar
the room seemed tired the bathroom showed its age the shower drain was slow. i requested a quiet room but noise from outside was noticeable. also the minibar was empty which was unexpected for a hotel of this supposed caliber i found this quite inconvenient.
