royal experience with minor hiccups
attentive staffdedicated staffworn bed
the staff was very attentive and dedicated to guest satisfaction. i found the activities to be nicely curated. the gardens and building lighting are also very beautiful.
the bed in my room should have been replaced long ago. the pillows also were not great. i left my breakfast order on the door one evening. it was still there in the morning. i had to call to order breakfast after i realized this oversight.

the hotel features a sit-out bar area and a swimming pool. there are poolside areas for evening relaxation. folk dances are performed in the evenings between 6 pm and 6:45 pm. these facilities provide diverse entertainment options.

the hotel is in a secluded area away from the city. it takes an hour to travel to the airport and to the city center. guests wanting a quiet, peaceful holiday away from city life will like this location.

The hotel staff ensured i was like royalty . the service was perfect. sudeshna and her team were particularly attentive and thoughtful, always going above and beyond. vatsalya mehrotra organized a fantastic dinner for me. The ambiance and attention to detail were excellent. the hotel is beautiful and high-end, with a fascinating indian style, maintained very well.
i found the balcony wasn't clean and the plants needed tending to, it was a minor issue though.

The room had all the needed amenities. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. there was a turn-down service each evening, complete with fresh towels and toiletries. the bed linens were high-quality cotton. It ensured a restful sleep.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices, including indian and continental dishes. the staff in the restaurant, especially jiwant, paid close attention to guests. i observed the use of fresh ingredients in all the dishes. It elevated the dining experience.

The hotel had a beautiful garden area with a large pool. It was great for relaxation. i saw traditional live music performances each evening. the hotel had a second restaurant with an extraordinary design, with mirror mosaics and candle lighting.

The check-in was smooth with lovely music and flower petals. the room featured a beautiful courtyard and daybed, very spacious. breakfast included helpful staff ready to assist. the gym had great equipment. I especially liked the treadmills.
the lighting in some areas was slightly dim for reading.

The staff was very cute. Mr Thakur Das Mahato was especially helpful . The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.
The balcony was not clean and all the plants were dead. I had to move rooms because of a loud event at the hotel. The party used very loud speakers and I could hear it throughout the hotel. Ironic the hotel took away a mini speaker due to noise complaints.

the staff accommodated a request for rooms close to each other, a relief. chef pushpender and chef manish provided dishes beyond imagination, that i appreciates. viney, our server, added a personal touch with every dish. ravindra, our butler.
the hotel asked us to surrender a mini speaker because of potential noise complaints.
