my room was on the fifth floor, and the buffet was on the sixth floor, so early morning noise was very disruptive. i could hear chairs moving, and it was impossible to sleep.

Okay stay at the hotel
much food variety of options helpful staff tiny rooms heavy smell smoking hallways
The breakfast included much food. There was a variety of options to choose from. A lot of fruits and salads and sweets were available. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time.
The rooms were very tiny. It was very hard for my elderly parents to move around. My dad fell down the first night. There was a heavy smell of smoking in the hallways.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices, which I appreciated. The staff were VERY polite and helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist. The hotel's proximity to tourist attractions allowed me to walk everywhere i wanted to go.

efficient housekeeping main attraction plant-based milk
the staff offered breakfast early when i mentioned an early departure i thought that was very thoughtful the breakfast had a decent variety it was unexpected to see honeycomb that was amazing. the room was cleaned daily housekeeping was efficient the location was near the main attractions. the hotel provided plant-based milk when we requested it they also gave us bananas specifically.

Acceptable, but some issues affected my stay
small room unsafe neighborhood
The location was fine for seeing the main sights.
The lack of space was a real problem, as two people could barely move around the room with our luggage. the neighborhood felt unsafe at night (it was full of garbage).

convenient location friendly staff modern room varied breakfast
I found the location convenient. It was just a short walk to the grand bazaar and other key attractions. the staff was friendly. they helped me navigate the area and provided useful recommendations. my room was modern and well-kept. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options.
the bathroom in my room was a bit small, it was functional, but space was limited.
