mediocre stay with some issues

bathroom hairsslow check-in
the room i got was not clean. the bathroom had some hairs (yuck!). the shower drain was clogged. it took a while for maintenance to fix it, it was an inconvenience. the staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed, and my check-in process was slow. they were not very attentive to my requests. i also had trouble getting information about local transportation options. the overall service felt impersonal.
