the location is great. there are many parks and food options nearby. the hotel is close to the masjid and shopping.
the front desk did not respond to the phone. water bottles were not enough in the room. i had to go to the front desk myself since no one answered the phone.

the hotel provides a regular shuttle service to the haram, a plus since the hotel is a bit away.
The wi-fi was practically non-existent. It was frustrating to try and get any work done (or even check email, for that matter).

The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram every hour. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was striking. I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. The hotel's proximity to the Tilal Village Shopping Centre was convenient.
The gym had limited equipment. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I wished there were more options for a complete workout.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The wardrobe space was adequate with hangers and shelves for clothing. The air conditioning unit worked efficiently and I could adjust the temperature easily.

The hotel offered a prayer area on each floor with carpets and prayer mats. The business center provided computers and printers for guest use. There was also a small gift shop selling local souvenirs and snacks.

The hotel has a shuttle service that reaches haram in about 10 minutes. The place IS very clean and convenient. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The bus going to haram leaves every hour.
The room was small and it was barely sufficient for one adult, let alone two.
