i was frustrated with several aspects of my stay. the bathroom had a terrible sewer smell. it seemed the sink and shower lacked proper waste traps. the hairdryer kept cutting out after only a few minutes.

I found the prayer room on level 5 very convenient. my room was clean and the housekeeper, abdul kalam, was very efficient. i appreciated the short walk to al-haram. It really helped with time management (especially during prayer times).

the walk to the gate involved some climbing, which could be difficult for families or older guests. a shuttle service to al-haram would improve accessibility for everyone.
