convenient washer excellent location slow shower poor carpet
the location was excellent for walking to nearby attractions. having a washer and dryer in the room was very convenient for a longer trip.
The shower drain did not drain well, so showers had to be very slow to allow water to drain. room cleaning was poor. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed properly, especially at the corners.

key streets helpful staff
the location is super convenient, within walking distance to key streets. the bus stop right outside offered frequent services. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries i had. they really enhanced my stay!
this made getting to the hotel tricky. parking was not included, so i had to pay an extra fee.

kitchenette smudges torn section
the room lacked cleanliness upon my arrival cabinet doors in the kitchenette showed many fingerprints also i found hair in the bathroom floor a section of the window curtain was torn. the refrigerator had not been washed and the mirror over the table had smudges. these oversights detracted from an otherwise acceptable lodging.

FANTASTIC stay!
excellent team refreshing walk morning walk
The team at the reception was excellent. It is located within a short walk from many attractions. The walk is refreshing! We did not mind the morning walk. Scooters were available for those times we felt tired.
i noticed a significant amount of lint expelled from the dryer! It covered all bathroom surfaces when it was operating. i feel ventilation could improve.

Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach, being just around 100 meters away. This made accessing dining options SUPER convenient. Many restaurants close early, around 8:30 to 9 PM midweek.

The unit included a washer and dryer, great! The kitchenette was well equipped and included a dishwasher. We had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the washing machine was very useful.

The front desk staff was VERY polite. A young man at the front desk helped with check-in. He also arranged a fixed parking space for me, which i appreciated. GREAT service overall!

The hotel is in the central area. Cuba Street is about 100 meters away. Surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are easy to reach. It's a GREAT location, and convenient for exploring the area.

comfy beds good location slow shower luggage rack
The studio had comfy beds and lots of room. A full-size fridge plus a washing machine and dryer was available. The location was good, including a short walk to many places to eat in town. Parking rates all day up the street was cheap on weekends.
The shower drain did not drain well. This made for very slow showers because water wouldn't drain and threatened to overflow outside of the shower box. The hotel require at least 2 luggage racks. It also needs a dish rack for people that still wash dishes.
