The room had excellent cleanliness and a charming atmosphere. A multilingual staff was available and consistently helpful with requests. I found the location convenient, a short walk from the Duomo and other landmarks. The breakfast offered many choices. It was extensive and delicious..

The front desk associate seemed preoccupied during check-in, which prolonged the process. This occurred despite arriving late in the evening, not ideal after travel. More attentive service would have been beneficial.

i found the shower stall too small, so maneuvering was difficult though the water pressure was good.

I appreciated the staff's helpfulness at all hours. Tea time was a DELIGHT in the afternoon and early evening with Jeffrey. The morning breakfast staff proved very attentive and spoke English well.

The room was maybe not as large as showed on the pictures but had charm.
