underwhelming experience at this hotel
noisy heaterlimited breakfast
the hotel's condition requires attention. the room's heater emitted excessive noise throughout the night. additionally, i found the breakfast selection to be rather limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber. it fell short of expectations.

the staff was kind and supportive. i recommend this hotel because it is close to the metro.
i don't think this hotel warrants a five-star rating. the bedrooms seem tired and worn. i found ants in our bathroom. although the cleaner responded to the ant problem, the bathroom floor was not cleaned .

the location was ideal for me. it was in a quiet neighborhood with numerous restaurants nearby. the breakfast buffet was very well done, and regularly replenished during the morning. i found the breakfast varied and well-prepared.
the air conditioning in my room was not effective. it struggled to cool the room adequately, made sleeping difficult. i reported it to maintenance, but the issue persisted.

my stay had issues with the room. THE air conditioning was broken, so the room seemed like a sauna. I had to complain multiple times before a technician came, and even then, the problem wasn't fixed.

The location proved convenient. A metro station was nearby. My room had a comfortable bed and a good work desk. I also appreciated the reliable, fast Wi-Fi in my room and throughout the hotel.
The gym was a bit smaller than I expected. There were only a few cardio machines.
