Really good Stay!

Peter and steve were fantastic hosts and extended such a warm welcome. It. the grade 2 listed georgian building has rooms with beautiful and tasteful decor and gorgeous extra touches. i appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and milk, replenished each day. i loved having an espresso machine available.
i noticed scaffolding on the whole building front, which impacted the view a bit. also, the room felt a little chilly at times, something i think could be addressed.

several eating places are conveniently located within a four-minute walk from the hotel. i noticed that kooshk persian cafe offers a discount with proof of hotel stay. this proximity allows for diverse culinary experiences nearby.

the hotel is very well situated, as it is just a few feet from the ocean! the seafront is close to the building. getting a 24-hour parking permit is a massive added bonus in this area.

the hotel provides an alexa by the bedside for convenience and entertainment! i found an enormous tv, well stocked fridge with drinks. it is provided ' use. lighting options are state of the art in design.

the hosts offered recommendations and were very knowledgeable about the area. i found freddo chocolate and quality coffee provided. i was impressed with the cleanliness and excellent standard of all the facilities. the owner was friendly and helpful, eager to assist with any questions i had.
the room was a bit small, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The room included a kettle and a coffee machine. A small fridge in the room was also quite useful. It made going out for breakfast unnecessary. I appreciated the clean, modern furnishings. Stylish, functional shutters were at the window, and the room was nice. It was quiet.
I noticed a very slight stain on one of the towels. It was barely visible though.
