unexpectedly charmed by this hotel
great servicefree shuttleclean place
i found customer service great. staff was always helpful. the hotel offers a free shuttle service and picks you up from the railway station. everything felt very clean, which i like.
the pillows i found was not ideal. i would prefer better pillow quality. it is a small thing, but it impacts a restful night.

My experience had some real hiccups. The room looked dated. i noticed some stains on the carpet. the television remote didn't work, AND i had to call maintenance for a replacement. the provided toiletries were minimal.
