the location is close to the train station shops and shibuya crossing the rooms were quiet despite this. i could leave my luggage before check-in which was convenient

the hotel staff was lovely and helpful. the lobby offered self serve options with any little items guests may need, it was nice. complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice bonus i did appreciate.
the room smelled of smoke and air freshener even after asking for a non smoking room, i was disappointed.

The location proved convenient (very near to everything!). The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious, especially considering typical room sizes here. I had a wonderful stay.

i found the location convenient, a short walk from shibuya station and the iconic shibuya crossing. the staff was friendly and offered assistance, they always greeted me. the in-house laundry was a great amenity since i stayed several nights.
the air conditioning system was inadequate, it struggled to cool the room, and this affected my sleep during warmer days.

A mcdonald's restaurant is right at the corner. There is also a breakfast service in the hotel, but i did not partake of it because of personal preferences, but it is good to have available.
