i found the staff professional. team member tran answered all my questions. she provided helpful information. the location was near shinjuku centre. an underground train station was close to the hotel.
the room was rather small i could not fully open my suitcase. it felt more cramped than usual standards in such hotels.

I appreciated the friendly staff, especially since i needed assistance with directions. the early breakfast was wonderful. I started my day energized. the hotel's proximity to the metro made exploring the city easy (a real bonus!). my room, though compact, was just what i needed for a comfortable sleep.
The air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust. It took a moment to find the right setting.

the location proved excellent the subway station was very close i found the staff helpful and polite my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities provided each day
the room was a bit small , made storing luggage a challenge i could sometimes hear street noise at night which was a minor disturbance
