AMAZING stay!

I appreciated the convenient shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was helpful with directions. I enjoyed the on-site Family Mart for late-night snacks! The gym had three treadmills, so I could keep up with my exercise routine.
The onsen had limited hours, and it was only open in the evening, a little inconvenient.

The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Two twin beds could easily be pushed together! The room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the hotel provides a free airport shuttle. this shuttle operates frequently. the staff was helpful. i found the luggage storage very useful.
the room i stayed in felt a little cramped. it would have been better if there was more space for luggage. the public areas seemed crowded.

warm roomdated bathroom
the air conditioning barely worked. it was set to the lowest temperature (i think) but the room remained warm (not a comfortable warmth, more like a stuffy warmth). i ended up opening the window (it faced the parking lot, so not exactly scenic) to get some air moving. also, the bathroom felt a bit dated (it was clean, i'll give them that), like stepping back into a motel bathroom from the '90s.
