I stayed in a beautiful double room with a spa bath, and it was fantastic! the staff were super friendly. Fabrizio and joanna were helpful. the location is perfect. I walked to all the restaurants, shops, and must-see places. they held our bags after checkout, which i really appreciated.

my room included a comfortable bed and air conditioning! the room also had a big bath, a nice plus. the hotel's design created a nice city vibe.

There's a restaurant located just outside the hotel. It was very convenient! the rooftop terrace was a surprise bonus for pre-dinner drinks in the evening. i loved the location near several restaurants.

this accommodation was a great choice. convenience stores are nearby and it is close to piazza navona. the decor style looked elevated and promised an epic stay (i really enjoyed this place). the staff are wonderful and helpful with a reception area open 24 hours.
the room had next to no natural light because of the odd layout. i thought this could be improved. it was acceptable for the money.

the receptionists are very cute and make a great first impression. the staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any needs. check-in and check-out processes were seamless and quick.
