The staff were amazing. I felt very at home here. I also found the location to be fantastic. It was easy to walk to any major landmark. There were plenty of great places nearby for breakfast and dinner.
I realized the hot tub on the deck was dirty. It had hair and general filth. The girl at the front desk suggested I clean it. The rooftop bar is a floor above the room. It has a direct view of the hot tub.

This boutique hotel is really a gem and have a very quiet location. It's convenient for walking to many attractions. I loved the rooftop, it was very quiet at evenings. I brought my own drinks to the rooftop because a grocery store is across the street. There are also good restaurants nearby.
The hot water pressure in the shower were not the best. It took a little while to get hot water, a minor inconvenience.

The rooms have modern facilities. The bed were big and spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are modern, that's a really good thing.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The reception area is open 24 hours. They stored luggages when needed, so I didn't have to worry about that.

The hotel are steps from Piazza Navona. It are near Castel Sant'Angelo. Multiple convenience stores are in the area and a taxi stand are only a few minutes away.

I stayed in a beautiful double room with a spa bath, and it was fantastic! the staff were super friendly. Fabrizio and joanna were helpful. the location is perfect. I walked to all the restaurants, shops, and must-see places. they held our bags after checkout, which i really appreciated.

this accommodation was a great choice. convenience stores are nearby and it is close to piazza navona. the decor style looked elevated and promised an epic stay (i really enjoyed this place). the staff are wonderful and helpful with a reception area open 24 hours.
the room had next to no natural light because of the odd layout. i thought this could be improved. it was acceptable for the money.
