The majority of staff displayed a bad attitude, i found this disappointing considering it presents itself as a five-star hotel. this is the worst five-star i have stayed at. Customer service was lacking. our sheets were dirty upon arrival the first night, so i had to request a change. the staff member on the wine and cheese event seemed as he did not want to be there.

I appreciated that it was a quick walk to Charles Bridge. The staff maintained the place immaculately. I found bottled water and delicious chocolates in my room each evening. The bed was super comfy. The aircon worked well during a hot week.

The shower wasn't a walk-in shower. It was in a rather deep tub. Getting in and out felt scary. I noticed no handrails or anything to hold onto.

Breakfast included freshly cooked omelets and a variety of fresh fruit. Food and service at the restaurant in the evening seemed superb, as I enjoyed the sweet treats and coffee. The food was excellent.

The hotel provided a complimentary happy hour with cheese and wine. It was a very pleasant touch. I received a free upgrade for my first night, a wonderful surprise. Staff members were consistently polite and helpful .

The coffee machine at breakfast did not work very well though food was all tasty.
