i stayed in the executive king room. housekeeping kept the room meticulously clean during my nights count stay. the breakfast offered a comprehensive selection of items. a highlight was the homemade pretzels.

i really love how secure i felt at the hotel. security staff were always around, always friendly and professional. was nice, watched all the time. it was clear they care about guest comfort a lot.

i did wish the hotel had a bigger pool area. it was kinda small, and finding a lounger was a challenge. more space around the pool would.

the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. the bathroom mirror had a section that did not fog up after a shower. separate shampoo and conditioner were also available.

I found the food to be tasty with a new menu each day. The sushi (I love sushi!) was amazing, and I would certainly recommend it. Jack provided recommendations for places and drinks, specifically MARTINI FIERO & TONIC. I think the breakfast was delicious and had various options.

The pool was not heated. the hotel parking was full, so I was not able to find a parking spot.

The hotel provides a casino for the guests. The fitness center is also well-equipped and offers space for exercise (I was able to do my daily workout). There are multiple restaurants on the premises.

Jan provided excellent service during breakfast. His timing was perfect, and he was friendly plus attentive. Amy gave great service at Cloud9. She was cute and made delicious drinks. Elisabeth in the Executive Lounge was also a delight.

The rooms are clean and well-kept (important!). The bathroom had a tub. I enjoyed that feature. The riverside view from my room was especially great. The hotel provides comfortable rooms plus excellent facilities.
