the location IS great. the apartment was pretty BIG and super comfortable for a family. i would stay here AGAIN.

missing instructionsdelayed opening
The washing machine lacked instructions. I spent too long figuring it out and ultimately failed to turn it off. the car service booked through the hotel never showed up at the airport. I also wanted transportation assistance from the office, but it did NOT open on time.

inadequate soundproofing
It was out of service for a considerable period. secondly, i noted deficiencies in soundproofing. noise from nearby establishments permeated the apartment. this disrupted the tranquility i expect. and hindered rest. i found both to be unacceptable flaws.

the location was acceptable. it was close to local attractions.
the apartment wasn't cleaned well enough. the bathroom was not properly maintained, and i had to buy new bed sheets. the staff also seemed unsupportive (they were not friendly).
