luggage lockers friendly staff nespresso machine

the hotel features luggage lockers for storing bags after checkout, which i found very useful. the staff were both friendly and efficient in their service. i appreciated having a nespresso machine in my room, it was a nice touch.

the furniture seemed a bit old, but the beds were comfortable.

convenient location friendly staff good breakfast helpful staff

I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to key attractions and amenities (a real plus for exploring). The staff was professional and friendly from reception to housekeeping. The breakfast offered a nice view of the street below and included a good selection. David at reception was particularly helpful with several requests.

I noticed a slight sewage smell in the lobby . It was not overwhelming, but it was noticeable upon entering.

The location was really central. I could easily walk to many places. the staff were helpful with directions (i definitely needed them!).

The room felt small. I was in a single room. the air conditioning was not working properly so the room was a bit too warm.

excellent location baggage locker

The hotel boasts an excellent location near many restaurants (i found several great paella spots). It is also a short walk from the train station, made travel simple. The breakfast had quality food. It started my days well. Baggage lockers were available. This was especially useful since i had an evening flight.

The hotel can be noisy. I could hear sounds from somewhere. Soundproofing from other rooms seemed inadequate (i'm a light sleeper).

Really good City Center Stay

The location was central, with easy access to the main railway station. The historic center was also a short, pleasant walk away. The staff provided really good service. They were helpful. The room was clean. I enjoyed the balcony and its views.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. I noticed one receptionist, lidia, gave excellent customer service and provided helpful tips regarding the city. She allocated me an earlier check in, which i greatly appreciated.
