Nice Lakeside Retreat
varied selectioneasy accessoutside busessential piece
The breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. I appreciated the wide selection of cheeses and fresh fruit. The hotel is located close to both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, offering easy access to many areas. The bus stop is just outside, it simplifies travel SOOOO much.
The gym lacked several essential pieces of equipment. There were no free weights available for strength training. More variety would be appreciated.

The staff at the reception was helpful. They assisted with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. The restaurant's waiter was particularly attentive, made dining there a true delight. I felt cared for.

The hotel is near stores, the U-Bahn, and the S-Bahn, a HUGE advantage. Its position allowed quick access to the heart of the city. The proximity to public transportation made exploring very convenient.

the breakfast had a good range of food including organic options.
The female staff was unhelpful when i needed assistance after my phone was stolen. She refused to provide any information or help me make a phone call. this affected my entire stay. I couldn't even bear to eat at the hotel. there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room either.
