a mixed experience near the airport
helpful staff great shower food quality order correction
the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was punctual. the staff was helpful in providing directions to a nearby metro station. my room had a good size bathroom complete with a great shower.
my order had to be corrected, i thought there were some issues with food quality.

missing shuttle tired-looking room
The breakfast buffet was good.
I had issues with the airport shuttle. The shuttle didn't show, so I needed to find alternate transport at my own expense. My 'Double or Twin Room' looked old and tired, so it was dissappointing.

Convenient and Clean Near the Subway
subway station quick room service airport transportation helpful staff
i found the location good near the subway station capricho i stayed one night and ordered quick room service i used the airport transportation it was a big plus i found it very convenient. the staff was helpful too the hotel made us a takeaway breakfast for our early 5am departure it was available without problems the dinner was nice as well
the absence of complimentary water was something i noticed water was available in the minibar but it had a charge i found that a bit inconvenient

the reception staff was very friendly they gave helpful advice about transportation and local attractions the early breakfast arrangement was useful they were attentive to guest needs during check-in and check-out processes i appreciate that.

the double or twin room was quite spacious it was also warm the bathroom was clean and well-equipped it included a hairdryer liquid soap shampoo toothbrushes toothpaste and razors i was like i had everything i needed.

i ordered room service the service was fast the food was great i appreciated the quality and efficiency of the in-room dining the takeaway breakfast was thoughtfully prepared for early departures it suited my needs.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
worn carpet highway noise
The airport shuttle service ran efficiently, so transportation to the airport was easy.
The room showed clear signs of wear, with a noticeably worn carpet. I was facing the highway and the noise was disruptive.

spacious layout large shower helpful staff
The room had a spacious layout and felt immaculate upon my arrival. The shower was quite large and had good water pressure. I found the staff interactions excellent and very helpful. They answered all my questions. The breakfast offered an extensive variety, including options for different diets.
The coffee machine in the room did not work properly.

loud air conditioning insufficient counter
I found SOME issues . the air conditioning was excessively loud. It interrupted my sleep. additionally, the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. It made organizing toiletries difficult.
