short walk gluten-free options fast check-in
The hotel's location offered GREAT proximity to museums. It was a short walk to the Prado Museum. Check-in was REALLY fast. Breakfast featured many gluten-free options. I found cereals, bread, croissants, brownies, and churros!!!
The shower gel bottle was empty upon arrival.

the hotel location are really great. the museums were just a few steps away, and the bus that goes to the airport was a short distance. staff were amazing. the lobby decoration had great ambience, i liked it.
workers were yelling, i could not keep the blinds open because i had no privacy. breakfast was overpriced, i did not like the scrambled eggs.

central location modern design helpful staff
The location was central. I walked easily to various museums. The hotel's modern design was excellent and very well maintained. The staff offered helpful suggestions for local dining and transportation.
I experienced loud street noise during the night. The sounds made sleeping difficult.
