romantic getaway
clean room appointed room fantastic service
i found a super clean room. it was a well appointed room. the food was really excellent. the hotel has a great location. the service was fantastic. the food and bar were also amazing.
the rooms are small meaning the double beds felt smaller a queen size bed.

the area offers peaceful dark skies at night for stargazing. rolling hills and glorious countryside surround this space. the hotel is looked super fresh in all areas.

The room was very clean upon arrival. I appreciated the provided toiletries. The quality was AMAZING!!! The bed had very comfortable linen. The garden cottage upgrade provided a great self-catering option. The staff was accommodating throughout my stay. The team addressed a minor housekeeping issue promptly. I liked the friendly interaction with staff during dinner. I found them helpful. The food was fantastic, especially dinner. The smoked haddock with poached egg stood out at breakfast. The locally sourced ingredients added to the quality. I really enjoyed the Pheasant Beer. The location offered peaceful area. The dark skies allowed for AMAZING stargazing. The inn provided a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the countryside views nearby.

amazing stay near kielder
friendly staff good dinner enjoyable stay
staff were friendly and helpful. dinner in the restaurant had a very good quality. i enjoyed the stay and will remember it.
the room had not much sound insulation. we could hear conversations and footsteps overhead. i hope it will be fixed soon.

the staff team are very accommodating and friendly. the waitress gave me the perfect seat near the open fire. they could answer all my questions and twisted my arm into dessert. excellent service there.
