the room was spacious and clean. i loved that the bathroom facilities were clean. the shower water stream was super strong, which i really liked!
The hotel stay had a bad start with a misunderstanding about the pool's opening hours. we booked this specific hotel because it had a pool. the pool opened on the day of our departure. That information was not given to us. the beds are hard, and the duvet is small for the mattress size.

the breakfast buffet provided many options I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the variety of pastries. the staff was consistently helpful and efficient i appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations. the room was quiet and spacious i found the bed to be very comfortable and conducive to a restful sleep.
i noticed the gym lacked some updated equipment.

The staff were polite. The bus stop outside the hotel was convenient.
The air conditioning barely worked. My room faced west, and the afternoon sun heated it terribly. The room felt too small, and the pillows were flat and old.

The breakfast was acceptable. There was a decent selection of pastries.
I found the air conditioning inadequate. The room grew uncomfortably warm in the afternoons because of the western-facing windows. The bed pillows felt old and worn, detracting from a restful sleep. I think improvements are needed.
