The staff offered a warm welcome. They swiftly arranged a taxi for the races. i savored a drink at the bar after i returned. It was such a relaxing treat. the noon checkout allowed for a relaxed morning. I didn't need to rush.

i found the bedroom a good size the bed was comfy. the location worked well with a pub located very close by i also found the staff friendly and fun.

The staff were always happy to assist me and smiled daily. The room size was appropriate and included a desk perfect for working. I found the pillows to be really comfortable (i actually want to buy the same!).
My room faced the main road and i experienced disruptive noise due to traffic. The noise impacted my sleep quality during the night.

The breakfast had a great choice of hot food and coffee. Tasha at the front desk and the bar was very helpful.
The check-in process was disorganized, especially with many guests attending events. Our room faced the main road, so there was noticeable noise when the window was open. There was no air-conditioning available. The toilet paper in the bathrooms felt quite thin.
