the hotel provided a clean and spacious room. it felt modern with all necessary amenities. the location was ideal, close to major attractions. i appreciated the proximity to the cafe.
the firm bed was not ideal. this impacted my overall comfort during the nights i stayed. i hope they consider softer options in the future

the staff were kind. the room was comfortable and clean.
the bathroom heater did not work . antonio at reception insisted it was working. he was rude and would not listen to my concerns. the smart tv access was also disabled.

the location was great, central, and easy to find. the staff was helpful. i found the room very clean and the bed comfortable.
my bathroom heater wasn't working. the receptionist was not pleasant at all, instead he kept insisting that it's working when it wasn't the whole time i stayed there. he was very rude and wouldn't listen nor let me talk!

The location was very convenient to st marks square. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. the pasticceria had good coffee.
The bathroom was small and towels were minimal. the room was dark and there were no outlets by the bed. i needed to hire a porter to get my luggage to the hotel because of a bridge.
