the hotel staff was really helpful. i needed assistance with baby food, and they helped. the room itself was big and clean. the hotel is located close to the metro station. i also liked the customer orientation i receive when my coffee wasn't good. pratik changed it and checked the quality for other days.

the pool area is small on the rooftop, and often very busy.

the gym provides several cardio machines. the rooftop pool includes a shaded section. the spa has multiple services, i saw three treatment rooms. these features contributes to the overall convenience .

i was pleased that we extended our stay due to the hotel's comfort! its easy access to transportation added to the convenience, also the staff are very cordial. aishwarya helped us check in immediately and even upgraded our room at no cost for the following nights. a late check-out was accommodated. i'm thankful to abdel rahim and harpreet and the team who made sure we were well taken care of.

The hotel shows age. I noticed it with the washroom tiles and doors, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

The restaurant featured indian food options that tasted good. abijith, at the restaurant, showed care for every guest and quickly learned their preferences, such as omelet and bread choices. The manager, praba, was friendly and supportive.

the hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach, a great bonus ! the rooftop pool was clean, though small and often busy. a sauna and gym were available, so guests can relax or exercise.

The location was very convenient. It's right opposite the insurance market metro station. a supermarket and various restaurants were within easy walking distance! this made getting around and accessing amenities simple.
