The staff at the reception were helpful and kind. I really appreciated their quick responses to my questions. The hotel boasts modern, clean design. The facilities include a gym open all hours, a nice pool, and co-working spaces.

The water pipes made noise, which sounded like a train passing by whenever someone showered (a minor inconvenience, really).

The room was well kept. It had a comfortable bed. The hotel offers free parking, and valet service is available. I appreciated the convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They ensured a smooth stay. The hotel location is near public transport.

There was significant noise at night. Shows create disruption and cleaning operations continue late. The disturbance affected sleep quality. I found this inconvenient.

i found the location very convenient near the metro station. it made traveling around easy. the staff were helpful. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of my rover room.

i experienced some issues with the room. the shower lacked a proper door. water splashed onto the floor. also the reception coffee bar sometimes ran out of decaf coffee in the afternoon.
