the room was spacious. i liked the huge balcony overlooking the city (a real plus). the staff was polite and provided good service. i found it to be cozy and comfortable with needed luxury and space.
The room cleaning was only basic. I had to remind the hotel about room cleaning needs.

the hotel is near a shopping center with restaurants. there are also supermarkets in close proximity. having a car is useful, as the hotel location offers a quieter environment away from the city's bustle.

the staff members were friendly and helpful . the receptionist was especially amazing (very helpful with everything). they addressed my needs quickly and efficiently.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection. San and Bassen were very helpful and friendly during check in. The pool is perfect for kids of all ages it has super warm water. There is also a shaded area in the baby pool.
Rooms were only cleaned after 6 pm sometimes even later. I had to call to ask for my room to be cleaned daily. Drinking water was not replaced each day I had to call to request it. The soap dispensers were empty in the shower for almost 10 days.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. There were parking spaces under the hotel.
Rooms were only cleaned after 6 pm. I had to call each day to ask. Drinking water was not replaced daily, and I had to call to request it. Soap dispensers in the shower were empty.

I found the staff quite helpful. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of choices. The pool area included adequate loungers and shade. I appreciated the convenience of the nearby Damac Hills Mall.
The access road has limited access, requiring a slightly longer drive.
