I found the location quite convenient. it is close to the deira city centre and the dubai commercial bank. the staff was helpful at all times. the receptionists were professional. I appreciated their assistance.

The hotel is just a short walk to the deira city centre. it is approximately three minutes away. The metro station is about a five to seven minute walk. this makes transportation and access to shopping very easy.

the staff were always ready to assist with requests, including early check-in and late check-out. i found the staff helpful from arrival to departure, especially during breakfast. the team seems very nice.

the light system was over engineered, making it difficult to get the desired lighting.
