I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed all my requests. The duty manager Tahir and Karim deserve special thanks for their excellent service. The room proved spacious and clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations!
I noticed the hot water wasn't hot. It felt just warm and the water pressure was not good either.

My room included comfortable beds and modern furnishings. I certainly liked the spacious layout. The bathroom was well-equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Very useful indeed.

the staff were very kind and helpful i appreciated that. mr karim was very nice and cooperative he was always there to help. the food was tasty i had a good choice of options.
the receptionist was rude when i checked into the hotel it was disappointing. she could have been more polite to guests. the customer service was poor late in the evening i waited a long time for water.

old furnituremoldy smell
i must say, i was not impressed. the room furniture felt very old and there was a moldy smell. also, there was no disposable cutlery and staff refused to send normal cutlery to the room. carpet also was very smelly
