adequate, but with issues
great locationrude receptionist
the location IS great, very central to everything.
one receptionist WAS rude and almost left me stranded. i needed a taxi to the train station with heavy bags, but she seemed intent on not helping. Another staff member did assist, but the initial experience WAS unpleasant

The hotel location proved satisfactory, providing easy access to various attractions.
The room was not adequately cleaned . I found hairs in the shower drain and this produced an unpleasant odor persisted throughout my visit. The towels were too small, almost the size of washcloths.

the room was very clean upon arrival. the location proved very convenient, offering easy access to nearby areas. i found the room to be well kept. breakfast offered many options and it was included.
the room lacked fresh air because the windows were not able to be opened. the electric blinds did not close fully. this issue impacted sleep quality.
