the location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside. the gym had adequate equipment. i also found a zabka nearby, it was very useful.

the drainage in my room was very poor, the room smelled. i spoke to the reception staff, but they told me to buy air freshener. moving to another room was not an option, it was unhelpful.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby amenities. the room was reasonably sized and included a kitchenette which i found useful. the staff i encountered were generally friendly and helpful .

i noticed the rooms seemed excessively dry. the new restaurant concept did not entirely meet my expectations. the food selection was more interesting under the previous setup. there were also some maintenance issues.

The laundry service was a disaster I had to wait a long time for my things I found some staff members rude Dominica at reception was particularly unhelpful There was no real apology just a small discount I refused it because it was insulting given the trouble I faced.
