Acceptable Stay
various options useful facilities
The breakfast offered a lot of options each day, I found it satisfying. The hotel provided all the facilities one might require, they are very useful.
The room felt quite dry. I did find it difficult to stay for multiple nights because of this. I was also disappointed with the new restaurant. The food was more interesting under its previous name.

shower sealing lukewarm storage
The room was clean but there was a significant design flaw. The shower lacked proper sealing, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor after each use. I had to use extra towels to soak up the water. It became quite annoying. the mini-fridge barely cooled anything. Forget about keeping drinks or snacks at a reasonable temperature there. It was more like a lukewarm storage unit, honestly.

a mixed experience
convenient location bus stop gym equipment gym useful zabka poor drainage drainage unhelpful reception reception no room room
the location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside. the gym had adequate equipment. i also found a zabka nearby, it was very useful.
the drainage in my room was very poor, the room smelled. i spoke to the reception staff, but they told me to buy air freshener. moving to another room was not an option, it was unhelpful.

generally acceptable stay
convenient location useful kitchenette friendly staff excessively dry rooms restaurant concept maintenance issues
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby amenities. the room was reasonably sized and included a kitchenette which i found useful. the staff i encountered were generally friendly and helpful .
i noticed the rooms seemed excessively dry. the new restaurant concept did not entirely meet my expectations. the food selection was more interesting under the previous setup. there were also some maintenance issues.

good breakfast big gym city center funny smell soundproof issue unsmiling staff
the restaurant offered a very good breakfast. the gym was big. the hotel was near the city center.
i had a funny smell in the room. the room was not soundproof though the walls were thick. i did not see the staff smile once!

rude staff poor laundry service
The laundry service was a disaster I had to wait a long time for my things I found some staff members rude Dominica at reception was particularly unhelpful There was no real apology just a small discount I refused it because it was insulting given the trouble I faced.
