my sleep quality was good. the room was simple but comfortable. i had free coffee in the morning. it's what you expect from the ibis chain, it is simple but has everything needed for a business trip and its location is very good.
the hairdryer in my room was old and awful. it took a lot time to dry my hair without any progress. this thing should not be in any hotel.

The food exceeded my expectations (i love surprises). Breakfast each morning at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff showed great friendliness and a helpful attitude. They opened the bar during breakfast for us to have a quiet space to eat with our child.
The room felt too small and unpractical for my needs. The hallways are dark with a low ceiling. This gives them an unpleasantly claustrophobic feeling.

the room felt quite dated. the air conditioning made a strange noise all night and didn't really cool the space well. the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window. a lot of sunlight came in early and woke me up.

i found the hotel's location really convenient the room boasted an eco-friendly design it was also very clean i appreciated the sustainable approach evident in both services and products the breakfast selection offered ample choices everything tasted really fresh and delicious
i noticed the room lacked a fridge and a safe i also experienced some issues with the room keys as they didn't consistently work
