slow sink drainstained carpet
The staff seemed uninterested in room problems. the bathroom sink drained very slowly. I reported it twice and nothing happened. the carpet looked like it needed a steam clean. it's frustrating when basic maintenance is ignored, especially after bringing it to their attention more than once. i expected better attention to detail.

the location was really convenient. i found plenty of restaurants within a short walk. the breakfast had a nice selection.
the windows in my room did not close properly. this created a draft and some noise. one day, the room service did not come. the hotel had no fresh towels for the spa.
