fantastic lake views and breakfast !

the location was excellent , providing easy access to nearby attractions. i enjoyed the convenience of the coffee machine and the comfort of the slippers. breakfast was delicious with many options and a great view of the lake.
the shower stall was very tiny , making it a bit difficult to move around.

the hotel is situated very centrally, right around the corner from various restaurants and the ferry terminal. it provided easy access to explore the surrounding area. nearby gardens were also accessible.

the rooms included robes , slippers, and a coffee machine for added comfort. a bar is downstairs overlooking the lake. this made enjoying drinks while taking in the scenery very easy.

the breakfast buffet offered many options and high-quality products. the hotel restaurant featured lovely views from the dining area and terraces. i had a tasting menu with wine pairing at the restaurant.

The room was clean. I found plentiful toiletries with complimentary treats in the fridge (that was a nice surprise!). The location is great right off the town square.
The shower stall was tiny. This became an issue by night three.

Breakfast offered many choices including eggs and pastries. I thought the breakfast was worth the money. The hotel restaurant, Victoria Grill, had very good food and service (especially with the lake view!).

the location was perfect. i enjoyed the helpful staff, they assisted with luggage and arranged a taxi for us. the view was amazing from my balcony.
the church bells next door rang every morning at 7am. it lasted for a full minute.
