fantastic location and service!
friendly staffconvenient shuttlecomfortable bedmissing hand soap
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is peaceful, and i liked the shuttle to the tsen hwa station. it was convenient to take the same route back to the hotel. the view of the beach and the bridge was awesome. the bed was comfortable.
I didn't like the fact that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. when i first got into the room and used the toilet, there was no soap to wash my hands. i had to use the shower gel. i did call reception, and soap was brought to the room. But no soap was originally available.

The staff are very helpful and the shuttle service runs frequently to the train station. the staff quickly addressed my request for hand soap. the service contributed positively to my stay.
