The location was fine for getting around the city.
The check-in process was slow, even though the lobby area seemed understaffed. I found it frustrating that despite my status, breakfast discounts didn't apply to same-day walk-ins. The room size was decent (for the area, at least), but these issues was nice.

comfortable bed excellent location helpful staff
The room provided was spacious with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent near Time Square and MTR, easy to travel. All the staff were very nice and helpful . They stored my toothbrush charger, which I left behind.
I noticed the pool water was quite cold . It limited my ability to fully use the amenity.

The breakfast buffet featured both local and Western options, giving variety. The steak restaurant on site was also fantastic offering high-quality meals. I found many good choices at a reasonable price.

spacious room perfect housekeeping helpful staff no adapters inconvenient situation basic services
the room was spacious. the housekeeping was perfect. i found every single member of staff pleasant . they were gracious and helpful.
i was told the hotel did not have adapters. i needed to buy one. this was inconvenient. i expected a hotel to provide basic services for business travelers, BUT they didn't.
