Average stay. Some issues
poor air conditioning unwelcoming staff
I was a bit disappointed. the air conditioning in my room was not great. It struggled to cool the space properly, even when set to the lowest temperature. i also found the front desk staff not particularly cute. they didn't seem to acknowledge my presence or show much interest in assisting me. this lack of attentiveness, not someone they cared about.

the hotel is conveniently near the shek mun station. i found a filtered drinking water dispenser on my floor. the room had comfortable pillows.

some issues with service and room condition
unfriendly staff smelly bedding
i found the service to be quite lacking. i felt some staff were unfriendly, it soured my experience. also, the condition of the bedding wasn't good as it had a consistent smell. i probably will not be returning.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Services

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The staff were polite. They helped with any request at any time. I liked the water machine, it removed the need to boil or buy water every day. The laundry area allowed me to wash and dry clothes easily.
My room had an unpleasant cigarette smell when I first checked in. The hotel changed my room promptly, but the second room also had a similar odor. I think the smell came from the AC system, I chose not to request another change.

The room featured temperature control ensuring guest comfort and convenience. Closets and drawers provided ample space for organized storage. Sound isolation in the room blocked out noise from neighboring rooms and hallway.

rooftop pool convenient shuttle water dispenser plastic bottles bad smell floor drain cleaning staff lost hotel
i liked the rooftop pool and the gym. there's a shuttle to kowloon station, this was very convenient. i use the water dispenser to fill up my water bottle instead of buying plastic bottles. the idea is good.
the cubicle had a bad smell. i think it was from the floor drain. the hotel management said there's no evidence to prove if the cleaning staff did steal my hotel. i dont feel safe.

great selection rooftop pool modern equipment convenient workspace
The breakfast had a great selection of items. The rooftop pool was clean. The gym features modern equipment and great views. I found a convenient workspace by reception with a long table and iMacs.
The location makes access to some tourist spots a little inconvenient.
