i found the reception team good and flexible. gülsade simsek's radiant smile and attentive care for everyone was very heartwarming. the hotel location allows convenient access to various parts of the city, a great advantage.
some slight noise from outside disturbed the night serenity, though it wasn't overwhelming.

breakfast had much good fruit and watermelon EVERY day. i appreciated the range of options even if bread varieties could grow and include savory choices. the breakfast area was a very beautiful space, a lovely start for each day.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room sea view. the room included a minibar and a tv with satellite channels. the bathroom had slippers and free toiletries, it also had a hairdryer.
the soundproofing was not very effective.

i found the location really good , especially its proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. the public transport access was convenient. the rooms were lovely , particularly the sea view room. the bed was comfy.
during my stay , i noticed the towels in the bathroom was quite old and worn.

i appreciated the very helpful staff, especially hilal, cagatay, mehmet, and seyvan. the hotel was also clean. i extended my stay to four days because i found it comfortable. i will choose this hotel again next time.
The air conditioning did not work properly, and i reported this issue daily. I found this very inconvenient.
