i found the staff helpful they extended my checkout by one hour at my request they also arranged some nice activities for me i loved the location of the hotel too it was very central the breakfast offered a good variety of options i found something to suit my taste each morning
the room was slightly smaller than i had anticipated but it was still cozy enough for my needs

the location is excellent, only a short walk to the tram. many bars and restaurants are nearby! the staff was friendly and professional.
the room was a bit small though cozy. wifi was not working two nights, but it was fixed the next morning. the receptionist was helpful and did his best to fix it.

the location was great for sightseeing. it was close to many attractions and public transport was easily accessible. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of turkish options. the staff at reception were helpful with directions.
my room was quite small and felt cramped. the air conditioning was not very effective, it struggled to cool the room down. the bathroom had some maintenance issues, the shower head was leaking.
