the hotel's location was convenient, close to many sightseeing places. staff members like benjamin were kind and helpful. i felt grateful for the assistance i received.
the room felt small. wifi was not working reliably during a couple nights. i wish the wifi had been more consistent.

Fantastic Experience!
warm staff convenient location wide variety
The hotel was clean. The staff were warm and cute. The location was convenient. I walked to many attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety. I found the tram cards very useful. They made getting around easier. They booked my turkish bath. Airport transfers to and from the airport were arranged without any stress.
The room felt somewhat small, although it was still cozy and functional for my short stay.

The room featured modern decor. I appreciated the comfy bed. There were plush towels. the room had a nice, hip feel and provided everything I needed for a brief stay.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. It had a mix of Turkish and American options. Everything was wonderfully fresh and tasty. The hotel offered cards for the tram. These cards were easy to load and use.

the location was acceptable it was close to many attractions
i booked a triple superior room it was smaller than expected the website description mentioned a large double bed but it was smaller than beds in other hotels i have stayed at the space was insufficient to store our luggage

helpful staff central location good variety
i found the staff helpful they extended my checkout by one hour at my request they also arranged some nice activities for me i loved the location of the hotel too it was very central the breakfast offered a good variety of options i found something to suit my taste each morning
the room was slightly smaller than i had anticipated but it was still cozy enough for my needs

excellent location and very helpful staff
short walk friendly staff
the location is excellent, only a short walk to the tram. many bars and restaurants are nearby! the staff was friendly and professional.
the room was a bit small though cozy. wifi was not working two nights, but it was fixed the next morning. the receptionist was helpful and did his best to fix it.

sightseeing location turkish options helpful reception small room ineffective air conditioning leaking shower
the location was great for sightseeing. it was close to many attractions and public transport was easily accessible. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of turkish options. the staff at reception were helpful with directions.
my room was quite small and felt cramped. the air conditioning was not very effective, it struggled to cool the room down. the bathroom had some maintenance issues, the shower head was leaking.
